analysed, designed and implemented a customer order management system
to serve as an integral part of the existing business processes and
procedures.
All transactions ranging from receiving orders to delivering products
were managed by the newly designed system. Integrated Financial Module
of the system managed agents’ sales commissions, product pricing,
and manufacture’s product costing.
System’s reporting facility provided a wide variety of status
reports on order and delivery management for the staff to be on top
of their work. Financial reports provided Krieger Textile management
team with accurate sales and revenue reports based on real-time data.
