designed and developed the following diverse database systems to manage
the development of Tattersall's new on-line lottery system:
Program Management Office System:
Designed and developed a database system to manage Program & Project
Status, Issues, Change Request, Contract Changes, and Progress on
functional specifications. The powerful reporting facility produced
various progress reports to the steering committee and to other members
of the project team to illustrate project status, project baseline
trends, and staffing requirements.
Retailer Staff Training System:
Designed & developed a database system to manage training of more
than 3,000 Retailer Staff attached to 950 retailer outlets. Retailer
Staff Training System provided the flexibility to schedule 3,000 attendees
to various sessions held throughout Victoria, Canberra and Northern
Territory.
Lottery Processes Re-engineering Management System:
Designed & developed a database system to manage the re-engineering
of more than 900 lottery business processes. System enabled the staff
from cross departments to work collaboratively in re-engineering the
current business processes to align with the municipalities of the
new lottery system.
Lottery Reports Management System:
Designed & developed a database system to manage the consolidation
of more than 700 reports into 200 reports.
Finance Test System:
Designed & developed a database system for finance testing. The
Finance Test System simulates the ELOS (On-line Lottery System) primary
accounting functionalities. The tasks that Finance test team took
many days to execute with spreadsheets, Finance Test System took only
one-click and 30 seconds to process, thus significantly reducing the time and
the complexities of testing ELOS financial reports.
